Following Wests Tigers' 2005 NRL Premiership win, Telstra Bigpond™ looked to P21 to provide the technology behind their online promotions and targeted Email Direct Marketing (EDM) campaigns.

SpriteMail™ Integrated EDM and Mailing List Management software allowed Wests Tigers to capture competition entry data, and use the resulting subscriber lists to broadcast rich format e-mail campaigns, reaching in excess of 20,000 subscribers per hour.

Exporting subscriber data to Xml and Microsoft Excel™ format also allowed automated ‘Mail Merge' with postal and other campaigns.

Overwater is one of the UK's foremost bass guitar manufacturers - over the past 25 years they have built up a list of player credits that reads like the “Who's Who” of UK bass playing talent.

P21 has been part of the Overwater story for the past 6 years, helping them to develop niche sites to communicate with their specialist audience.

The current site design is essentially a ‘super gallery', allowing staff to upload pics and spec' information relating to their bass guitars, which is then massaged, auto-formatted, resized and finally presented to the unsuspecting user, resulting in a veritable overdose of bass player ‘eye candy'!

The site and its search engine optimisation have helped Overwater expand their market into the USA and Europe, having begun to make a name for themselves amongst New York session players.
