Dr Isabel Arnaiz also provides someone to be accountable to, which can be helpful when trying to make changes to your life. Changing habits takes time and effort and it makes it a lot easier if you have support. Dr Isabel Arnaiz ensures you are staying on track and making changes at a pace that is right for you. On occasions, you may need one session to solve your issue, but generally it takes 6 to 10 sessions. You can organise to pay for 6-10 sessions up front at a discounted price. Generally, we start with weekly consultations which then become fortnightly and monthly consultations. These sessions are carried out through a ZOOM meeting. A face to face appointment can also be arranged at an additional cost.
